Chicken Fajita Pasta Serves 4

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb Chicken breasts, boneless skinless

Produce

  • 2 cups Bell peppers
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups Onion
  • 1 (10-oz) can Ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chiles

Canned Goods

  • 2 cups Chicken broth, low-sodium

Pasta & Grains

  • 8 oz Penne pasta

Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 envelope Taco or fajita seasoning

Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream

This Creamy Chicken Fajita Pasta is a HUGE winner! Everything cooks in one pan (even the noodles!) and it's done in 15 minutes. So, so good!!
