  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar, light
  • 1 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 lb Powdered sugar
  • 4 tsp Vanilla, pure

Nuts & Seeds

  • 1 14 oz package Coconut, sweetened flaked
  • 1 1/2 cup Pecan pieces, toasted
  • 1 Reserved coconut, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Reserved toasted pecans

Dairy

  • 1 cup 2 sticks] butter
  • 1 cup 2 sticks] salted butter, salted
  • 2 8] oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Buttermilk, whole
