Salt and Pepper Zucchini Chips

Ingredients

Vegan, Gluten free, Paleo

Produce

  • 1 lb Zucchini, thin

Baking & Spices

  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Olive oil

Oh MY Goodness. These zucchini chips are SO good. Full of flavor, and just a little spicy because of the pepper. Amazingly easy to make, too! Would be perfect with a homemade garlic dip.
