Udon Noodle Soup with Bok Choy and Poached Egg Serves 2

Canned Goods

  • 4 cups Vegetable or chicken broth

Condiments

  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce

  • 2 (7-ounce) packages Udon noodles, fresh or frozen

Baking & Spices

  • 1 stick Cinnamon, whole
  • 2 Star anise, whole
