Bacon Mushroom Spinach Frittata 40 mins to make, serves 4

Ingredients

Gluten free

Meat

  • 4 slices Bacon

Produce

  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 1/2 tsp Basil, dried
  • 8 oz Cremini mushrooms
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried

Refrigerated

  • 5 Eggs, large

Condiments

  • 1 Dash Hot sauce

Baking & Spices

  • 1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
