Chocolate Espresso Mousse 20 mins to make, serves 2

Ingredients

Vegetarian

Refrigerated

  • 1 (12.3 ounce) package Silken tofu

Baking & Spices

  • 1 Chocolate shavings - optional garnish
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 1/3 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Drinks

  • 2 tsp Espresso, instant powder
