Fish Taco Bowls

Ingredients

  • 3 Cod

Produce

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 15 ounce can Black beans
  • 1 cup Corn, frozen
  • 1 Pinch Garlic powder
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Red onion

Pasta & Grains

  • 2 cups Brown rice, cooked

Baking & Spices

  • 1 Dash Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

  • 2 tsp Cumin
