Grilled Chicken Taco Salads with Spicy Cilantro Lime Dressing 30 mins to make, serves 4-6

Ingredients

Meat

  • 3 Chicken breasts, boneless skinless

Produce

  • 2 Avocados, large
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 cup Cilantro loosely packed cilantro, leaves
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Lime, juice of
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 3 tbsp Pickled jalapenos
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup White or red onion

Condiments

  • 6 tbsp Mayo

Baking & Spices

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Taco seasoning

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Yogurt, plain
